Some other torso training variations. One Leg Decline Situps Med Ball Roman Chair Both of these are difficult and can be overloaded with various objects. By moving the weight behind the neck on the roman chair, the difficulty is increased exponentially.

Could you use a Roman Chair for glute ham raises. There is no way I can spend more than 150 for new equipment.

Nice video mate, must try that one

My roman chair has been gathering dust until lately, going to buy a med ball in the morning since my old one is rotted(left it out in the rain too long)
