2. You have to burn the excess fat floating around in you

I don’t care how you do this.

Chase wild goats around a paddock for an hour for all I care, you must do something that will burn fat. Anything that causes you to puff, sweat and feel knackered will do (it must be prolonged for at least 20 mins and up to 60 mins).

This is a well known path that has been taken by a lot of people before you, but the other path at the fork in this river often looks tempting. We see celebrities endorsing fatty foods, supplements, even athletes promote this junk! How do they sleep at night.
