Walking is so important, and easy to stick with.
I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Hi,
I am thinking about buying this eBook to get rid of some unwanted belly fat. But before I buy it I would like to know if it gives instructions on how to work out at home or if I have to go to the gym to do the recommended workout. I actually don’t like gym’s and would wanna do it at home.

i was in gymnastics for like 7 years and ive always had a six pack… almost every single exercise we did for our abs could be done at home… at most you could get a pull up bar for hanging leg raises or a medicine ball… that’s what is great about abs is you don’t need any equipment to work them out… all those machines at the gym and on tv are a waste of time….

The following method for exercising your abs in only 15 minutes involves a warm up for about 5 minutes, this could be skipping, jogging on the spot or walking. Once the body temperature is elevated gentle stretches for the tightest muscles in your body are recommended.
The aim of the workout is to:
Step 1. Perform exercise #1 – for 30 seconds Step 2. Immediately followed by exercise#2 – for 30 seconds Step 3. Rest for 30 seconds before repeating steps 1 to 3
Ten rounds of the above will equal a 15-minute workout.
Exercise #1 — Leg Raise
Key Points: Lie down on your back; both feet should be flat with the knees bent. From this position the pelvis is rolled back pressing on your fingers or on a rolled up towel. If using a towel it should be the same thickness of your hand. The position needs to be directly at the belly button level flat against the floor.
From here both legs are raised and lowered while always keeping the back stable and stationary maintaining pressure on your fingers or towel. The knees should be kept bent and the angle shouldn’t change throughout the 30 seconds of work.
Progression: Open the angle of the knees, that will makes the leg longer and increase the workload on the lower abdominal muscles.
Exercise #2 — The Plank
Key Points: Begin lying face down on the floor with feet together and forearms on the ground, your hands should be clenched in a fist. Draw the abs inward towards your spine and squeeze the glutes (backside muscles). Lift entire body off the ground until it forms a straight line from head to toe, resting on forearms and toes. Forearms should be parallel and elbows directly below the shoulders.
Keeping the back flat and chin tucked hold the position for 30 seconds maintaining good form and slowly return to the ground.
Progression: Can be done on one leg.
People in today’s society want quick fixes and want to see results instantly. In my opinion most people have forgotten the old fashioned way of what it takes to change body shape. All the health aspects that once went hand in hand with exercise have been lost in the tide of the celebrity culture. Celebrity dominant publications are not the place to get your health and fitness information from if you want real results. Quick fixes are a waste of time because they never work for anyone apart from the people making money from them. Starving the body of essential nutrients by following the latest fad diet will only end up in a big disappointment and put you off from future attempts.
There is no excuse with time constraints with this workout. It is a simple straightforward routine that will challenge you if done correctly. It can be modified in any which way you deem necessary to achieve the response you want. Don’t forget with exercise and nutrition, it is the quality and not quantity that matters. It has always been like this and always will be so you can forget searching for a quick fix and wasting your time reading about what your favourite celebrity is doing or in some cases not doing..For FREE information and tips about natural and quick FAT LOSS visit: http://www.fatlossevery10days.com(c) Copyright – Anthony Chapman, All Rights Reserved Worldwide.

If you’re a stay at home mom, you probably cannot leave the house and go to a gym. Also, you probably don’t have a lot of time at home, as the little one or ones cannot be left out of sight for too long. Being a stay at home mom, you probably didn’t have the time and chance to lose all the pregnancy weight and get back in shape, but things don’t have to stay this way! There are abdomen exercises and ab workouts for home also!A vital part of every ab workout routine is cardio. But since you’re a mom, you probably do a lot of that already, running around the house after your kids, taking them to the park, teaching them how to ride a bicycle, playing football or catch with them, teaching them how to swim or, if your children are still babies, carrying them around and keeping up with them rapidly crawling around the house. So you don’t have to worry about doing any extra cardio.Eating healthy and balanced meals is equally important. Sure a big ice-cream with a bunch of topping can be comforting at night, after the kids have gone to sleep and you finally have time for yourself. But unless you stick to healthy eating, your beautiful toned up body will be hidden under a layer of fat. So stick to a three meal – two snacks plan, drink plenty of water, eat veggies, fruit and whole cereal, reduce your dinner size, and make salads your best friends. While cardio and dieting are important in getting rocking abdominal muscles, the actual ab routine is extremely important. In choosing a routine right for you, think about how much time and space you have on your hands. If you only have one hour in the afternoon, during the kids’ nap, to get some rest and train your abs, that’s alright. Training your abs three times per week, half an hour each session, is enough to begin with. Here are some exercises you can do at home. The ab crunches are already a classical and extremely efficient method of toning up your abs. So why not start with them? Lie on your back, with your knees bent and feet off the floor. Keep your hands behind your head or crossed on your chest. Lift up your head and shoulders, while you bring your knees in. The sit ups are also well known for their wonderful effects on the abs. Plus, there are so many ways I which you can adjust or improve a sit up, that you cannot get enough of them. Lie on your back, with your knees bent and feet on the floor. If you’re a beginner, keep your hands around your body. If you’re intermediate, keep them behind your head. And sit up, bringing your head and shoulders closer to your knees. If you are advanced, you can hold two one-kilo dumbbells while doing the sit up. If you want to work your oblique abs and not just the six-pack, modify the sit ups so that they trigger them. Start off lying down with your knees bent and feet on the ground. When you sit up, reach your left knee with your right hand. Then switch.
